This machine has been designed using our decades of NC spring machine expertise and now has even greater flexibility.
Each Bending Slide is controlled by an independent servo driver and can be installed at any angle.
You can easily program the movement of each slide via the computer and greatly save on set-up time.
MF-10B Spring Forming Machine Features
- The MF-10B NC forming machine has been designed using more than 30 years of NC spring machine expertise. The servo axes enable complex multi-axis control.
- Each bending slide and press unit is controlled by an independent servo motor, the movement of which can be easily programmed in the computer, thus saving greatly on set-up time.
- The bending slides can be installed at any angle which facilitate complex forming and offer great flexibility. It is no longer necessary to make or adjust cams.
- Making and adjusting cams will no longer be required. The quantity and timing of the side movements are numerically controlled by the computer program.
- A wide variety of products with both wire and flat wire can be manufactured.
